This is a wonderful company and service. Our house is 30+ years old, and we had some sinking and moving concrete at the approach of our overhead garage doors, and a walk-in garage door. We also had a 10+ year old rental property in town that had a similar problem. Lucas from Guardian SprayFoam gave us a quote on all of it, and he came and did the job for the price quoted and did an A++ job. Each job was done within a day, and this included needed caulking to seal some cracks that formed in the process of the cement settling. I am going to have him come back to do some more work on a sidewalk that has also settled from sinking dirt beneath it due to the utility trench settling over the years as well. I would highly recommend this business and Lucas.
